This website is owned and operated by Dev Ventures, with its registered office at G-92, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002. By accessing, browsing or shopping on this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the policies referred to in them, including our Shipping policy and Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to the website and to every service, feature and communication offered through it. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

When you use this site or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us the same way — by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone call, as relevant to your order or enquiry.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or by writing to us. Transactional messages about orders you have placed will still be sent.

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, page layouts and the underlying software — is owned by Dev Ventures or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

The Dev Ventures name and logo are our trademarks. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages us.

The compilation and arrangement of everything on this site is our exclusive property. Nothing on the site grants you any licence or right to use any trademark or copyrighted material without our prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access this site and make personal, non-commercial use of it. That licence does not include any of the following without our prior written consent:

• Reproducing, republishing or reselling any part of the site or its content
• Any commercial use of the site, its product listings, descriptions or prices
• Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another seller
• Data mining, scraping, or the use of robots or similar automated tools to extract data
• Framing, mirroring, or using our marks in meta tags or hidden text

You may link to our homepage, provided the link is not defamatory, misleading, or presented in a way that suggests an association or endorsement we have not agreed to. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission granted here.

You can browse and buy as a guest, or create an account. Where an account is created, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when you register or check out, and to tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We verify email addresses before an account is treated as active. We are not liable for loss arising from someone else using your account where that use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We may refuse service, close accounts, remove content or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe the account has been used in breach of these terms.

We sell clothing and related products online for delivery within India. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment has been received.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Purchases are also governed by the terms published on the relevant product page and on our Shipping page, which form part of these terms.

Customers who have received an order may rate and review the items in it. Reviews must be your own honest experience and must not be unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, or infringing of anyone's rights.

We do not routinely monitor reviews, but we may remove or edit any content at our discretion and without notice, and we may withdraw review privileges from an account that abuses them.

By submitting a review or any other content, you grant Dev Ventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content in any medium. You confirm that the content is yours to give and that its publication does not breach anyone else's rights.

We take care to describe our products accurately, including composition, measurements and care instructions. We do not warrant that every description is complete, current or error-free.

Because our fabrics are natural and often dyed in small batches, slight variation in colour, weave and texture between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Screen calibration also affects how colour appears online.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If a product you receive is damaged, defective or not the item you ordered, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, as set out in our Shipping policy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Shipping is charged separately at checkout and is free on orders of ₹1,999 and above.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card details at any point.

Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be mispriced. Where the correct price is lower than the price listed, we charge the lower amount. Where it is higher, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Promotional codes are subject to their own stated conditions, apply to the order subtotal before shipping, cannot be combined, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by writing to info@devventuresinc.com, and we will refund you in full. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled or recalled.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the ground of change of mind, fit or preference. Please check the measurements published on each product page before ordering, and write to us if you would like help choosing a size.

Where an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will collect the item at our cost and provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund that item in full. Title to and risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address on the order.

We may suspend or withdraw your access to the site, in whole or in part, where you breach these terms, abuse our services or policies, or use the site unlawfully or fraudulently.

We may also remove content you have posted without notice and without liability to you. Termination does not affect any order you have already placed and paid for, or any liability that arose before it.

This site and everything on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, in relation to the site and its content.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for the products we sell you under applicable consumer law, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dev Ventures, its officers and employees from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Our site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party services for payments, delivery, email and analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

If you come across content on the site that you believe is unlawful, infringing or otherwise objectionable, write to info@devventuresinc.com with the details and we will review it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad. We may, however, seek injunctive relief in respect of intellectual property claims in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify the site, these terms and our policies at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.

Any feedback or suggestion you send us is treated as non-confidential, and we may use it without restriction or obligation to you.
